DailyWinLive
A habit tracker built around the streak, because on the days the work is not motivating, not breaking a streak is enough to start.

I built an Android app called DailyWin.
It is a habit tracker. You log what you did, keep the streak, and do not break it.
The idea came from Do Epic Shit by Ankur Warikoo.
Why I built it
I used to log my daily stuff in a book.
But most of the time I travel, and I do not carry it everywhere.
That is when this app helps me.
The other thing that worked
I have always been inconsistent on long work. Not the kind that quits. I do not leave things half finished. The kind that stalls and has to be dragged back to the desk.
What actually kept me going was making it public. Post it, put it in a story, and people ask about it. That question is enough of a push to keep going.
A cheat code for my own brain.
DailyWin is that, without needing an audience.
What it does
Simple:
- log what you did
- keep the streak
- do not break it
There is a check-in at either end of the day for mood, energy and how the work went. Habits with timers and tags. Quick wins for the days when starting is the hard part.

Why the streak and not the progress
The charts show weeks, not days. One day tells you nothing.
But the streak is doing something else. It is not measuring progress. Seven days says nothing about whether the work was any good.
What it gives you is a thing you would rather not break. On the days the work is not motivating, not breaking the streak is enough to start. Starting was the hard part.
This is what I use.
Thanks to family and friends who supported me and helped me make it better by testing everything.
tl;dr
Log what you did each day, keep the streak going, and do not break it.
